On a roll!
4 miles, 3 days in a row! I'm on a roll, yay! Finished my regular route in 37 minutes again today, which seems to be my current standard, and which I deserve after not training for so long.

Interestingly, dropped 4 pounds in 2 days - now THAT'S some serious water retention huh? A few more pounds and I'll be back to normal...

Hope not. Getting ready to head out now, and it's 82 degrees. Lovely. Well, I planned on a slow run anyway, I'll just head out and enjoy it.

I need to start building up, too - probably 2 miles a week, so I can hopefully run San Diego Rock n' Roll in June!
